Shipping costs and delivery time
We ship our packages with PostNL. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:30 PM are shipped the same day, if in stock. PostNL delivers Monday through Saturday. If you are unable to be home, please choose to collect your order from a PostNL service point near you. The table below shows the shipping costs and expected delivery time for your order by country.

For the Netherlands we use 2 shipping rates.
Orders from €10 to €35 cost €6.95
Orders from €35 to €50 cost €5.95
Above €50 shipping is free.
We deliver to the following "other" countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Austria.
What now?
Are you not at home when your order is delivered? PostNL will then leave a collection message in your mailbox, and you can collect the order at a PostNL collection point. Save this collection message. No note in the mailbox? The location can be found using your Track & Trace code.
You can have your order delivered to your home, at a PostNL collection point (Netherlands & Belgium). Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery address if the order has already been placed.

Was your order delivered incomplete? Please fill out this form .
If the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered, but it has not. Please fill out this form .
We continuously monitor our online range with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will notify you within five working days with a Final Shortage notification, and we will refund the paid amount within 14 days or adjust the Klarna invoice.
If your package cannot be delivered to your home address because you are not at home, it will be taken to a collection point. If you do not collect it there, we will unfortunately have to charge the original shipping amount for your region (these are stated above) for the return costs. As soon as the package is back with us, your order will be (partially) cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.
If you enter your address incorrectly and the package cannot be delivered as a result, we will charge these shipping costs and you may therefore not receive the full purchase amount back.
If you still wish to receive the package, we will charge the shipping costs for this by means of a new invoice which must first be paid before we send it again.
